Search the Alien World for Blue Diamonds

Another Planet 2 is a puzzle-platform game where you control a small purple alien exploring a dangerous planet. The alien needs to reach the blue diamond in each level. Getting there usually requires more than jumping across a few platforms. Parts of the environment must be cut and moved to create a safe route.

Use the arrow keys or W, A, S, and D to move. The mouse aims the alien’s laser and fires it. Press R to restart a level and Escape to return to the menu.

The laser gives Another Planet 2 its main puzzle idea. It can cut through certain sections of rock. A cut piece then falls according to gravity. That new piece may become a bridge, a step, or something that helps the alien reach a higher area.

Turn Falling Rocks into Useful Paths

Cutting every block is not a good plan. Once a large piece drops into the wrong place, it may block the path you wanted to use. Look at the shape of the rock before firing.

A slanted cut can make a piece fall differently from a straight cut. The alien may also need to stand in a safe position before a heavy section drops.

The levels include dangers such as lava, bugs, and plants that fire sharp objects. Touching these hazards can stop the attempt, so players need to think about both the diamond and the safe route toward it.

Mix Platforming with Puzzle Solving

Another Planet 2 asks for jumping skills and careful planning at the same time. A diamond may appear close to the alien but still require several steps to reach. You might need to remove part of a wall, let the piece fall, and then use it as a platform.

If a plan goes wrong, restarting quickly gives you another chance to try a different cut.

The best approach is to study the level before firing the laser. Check where the rock will fall and make sure it does not close the only safe path.

Another Planet 2 turns the environment itself into a puzzle tool. Move the alien carefully, cut useful pieces from the scenery, avoid the planet’s hazards, and find a way to reach the blue diamond in every stage.
