Take the Metal Puzzle Apart

Nuts and Bolts is a logic puzzle game where you remove screws from overlapping metal plates and try to clear everything from the board. Each level starts with several pieces held in place by bolts. Your job is to work out which screw should come out first and where that screw can go next.

The controls are simple enough to learn in seconds. Click or tap a screw to remove it. You then place it into an available empty hole. Once a plate loses enough support, gravity makes it swing, slide, or fall away.

Think About the Order

The difficult part of Nuts and Bolts is choosing the correct sequence. A screw that looks easy to remove may still be holding several plates in useful positions.

Taking it out too soon can cause a metal piece to swing across another hole. That can block the space you wanted to use for a later screw.

It helps to examine the entire construction before making the first move. Look for plates that can fall away cleanly and check which empty holes will remain available afterward.

Let Gravity Help

Physics plays an important part in the puzzles. Metal pieces do not disappear when you release them. They move according to how they are still attached.

A long plate held by one remaining screw may rotate downward. Chains and connected parts can move as well. This creates new openings but can also make the arrangement harder when the wrong piece falls into the wrong place.

Watching how a piece moves can show you what to do next.

Clear Every Piece

A level finishes after you successfully remove the required plates and free the construction. Later puzzles use more overlapping parts and give you fewer obvious moves.

Nuts and Bolts does not depend on speed. You can focus on planning each step instead of racing against another player. Study which screws support each plate, keep useful holes open, and let gravity work in your favor.

The rules stay easy while the layouts become much more demanding. Every successful level comes from taking a complicated structure apart one carefully chosen bolt at a time.
